I ordered a new phone and of course with upgrades you need to change your plan, this was done all online and over the phone due to covid. Well I had some problems with the phone and they said I could mail it back and they would send me a new one. I was frustrated cause even though some stores were open they stated I had to do it all through mail, it took a week and several phone calls to get the confirmation I needed to send the phone back, then they said it would take another days once they received the phone to issue a new one. After a month I called and they stated that when they went to ship me a new phone they did not have the one that I had purchased so they just did not ship a phone or contact me!
