A Queensland teenager's life has been tragically turned upside down after his parents and brother were all killed in two separate incidents only four days apart. Shanon Heidemann's father, David Heidemann, was found dead in a creek bed at Mondure, north-west of Brisbane, on Saturday. Shannon Heidemann has tragically lost his parents and brother all in the space of a week following two separate incidents. Shannon's father, David, was found dead in a creek bed to the east of Gympie and is believed to be a victim of Cyclone Debbie. Yet this was not the beginning of the year-old's torment as his harrowing ordeal began on Tuesday when his family car struck a semi-trailer in a fatal collision on the Princes Highway at Berry, south of Sydney.
Kids who exhibit behaviors of oppositional defiant disorder ODD are not your typical kids. Finding effective consequences for these kids is difficult. Episode 5 was heavy. The irony that Sam, auteur of arguably sexually exploitative B-movies, is in fact more personally enlightened than the TV exec who pats himself on the back for airing a show that empowers badass women, is hard to miss. Whether Sam likes Ruth as more than a friend and colleague is still a bit murky, as are the odds of Debbie and Ruth ever making nice. Though the latter looks seriously in doubt now that Debbie has gone on a coke-and-vodka bender before their main-event match and legitimately torn something in her leg to shreds. If only Debbie would have listened to Ruth and Carmen and accepted that a prolonged chase to get her daughter back was more compelling than continuing her win streak.
